Also, we cannot make any changes whatsoever (address, size, colours or designs) once your order has been placed! If you have placed an order in error we ask you to contact our support desk as soon as possible to make us aware of your issue. We will do our utmost to find a suitable solution for both parties.
As we produce and deliver personalised sticker frames according to your own edited text, details, and/or uploaded images (so fully customized), there is no right of withdrawal and no refund. Please read our terms and conditions for further information.
Of course, we hope you are absolutely happy with your personalised sticker frames. But in the slight chance you might have a complaint about our product or service, then please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or fill in the form on the contact page and send us your question or remark. We will contact you as soon as possible, but ultimately within 14 days after your complaint has reached us. We will do our utmost best to offer you an adequate and satisfying solution within our means. However, if you still feel not satisfied with the offered solution, then you can always send your complaint to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).
